Tenants of our rental properties may call to request service or use our Online Maintenance Request Form. Do not use this form for emergencies.
A tenant with a maintenance emergency should call us at (603) 894-6300 immediately. If your emergency occurs outside of our normal office hours, please follow the instructions on our recorded message.
If your emergency involves fire, exposed electrical wiring, bodily injury, or other events of a grave and serious nature, please dial 911 first.
The Avatar Properties management team is committed to handling every situation with professionalism and due diligence.
Rent is due on the first day of every month. Please mail your payment at least 5 days in advance in order for us to receive it in a timely manner.
Please remember late fees are assessed if rent is not received by the 5th day of the month. You may also choose to drop your rent off to our office located at:
